Permanent account deletion

  • To request permanent and irreversible deletion of your Hansson Vault account, email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account and use the subject line "Account deletion request".
  • Please state clearly that you are requesting permanent and irreversible account deletion and include a short description of your request.
  • Requests are reviewed and verified before processing to prevent unauthorized account removal.
  • For verified requests, deletion includes removal of the account profile, login access, stored files, and other account-linked service data processed by Hansson Vault, subject only to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, recovery, and operational retention requirements.
  • Once completed, deletion is irreversible and account access cannot be restored. Verified requests are typically processed within 30 days.
