PRIVATE INFRASTRUCTURE

Hansson Vault One

Hansson Vault One is a dedicated private data infrastructure offering designed for individuals, professionals, and organizations that want controlled storage, flexible administration, official app access, and optional remote-access architecture.

What Hansson Vault One is

Hansson Vault One is a private data infrastructure system built to give the owner direct control over storage, accounts, access structure, and deployment model. It allows an individual, professional team, or company to centralize files, assign accounts, organize access, and operate inside a private environment that can remain local or be extended through optional remote-access architecture, depending on the chosen deployment.

How it fits within Hansson

Hansson Vault One is not the same as the standard Hansson Vault hosted service. It is a dedicated private infrastructure offering within the Hansson ecosystem, designed for deployments where the owner wants a more direct and structured level of control over data environment, administration model, and operational architecture.

Built for ownership, not dependence

Hansson Vault One is designed for those who do not want their data model to depend entirely on a generic public cloud platform. Instead of placing storage structure, access control, and operational logic entirely inside third-party environments, Hansson Vault One provides a private infrastructure model organized around owner-directed control, flexible administration, and clear operational boundaries.

Core capabilities

  • Private data infrastructure structured around owner-directed control
  • Shared storage for individuals, teams, and organizations
  • Account creation and user assignment
  • Storage allocation by user or internal structure
  • 2 TB, 4 TB, and 8 TB base unit configurations
  • Flexible storage architecture depending on deployment
  • Official app access for iPhone, iPad, and Android
  • Web access and compatible client access depending on deployment
  • Local operation or optional remote-access architecture
  • Flexible administration aligned with different operational needs

Configurable storage architecture

Hansson Vault One is offered in 2 TB, 4 TB, and 8 TB base unit configurations and can be deployed within a broader storage architecture when larger capacity is required. Depending on deployment, the environment may be structured around external storage, NAS-based primary data locations, or other compatible storage models, giving the owner a more flexible long-term storage path.

Deployment and scale

Hansson Vault One is designed to support different physical and operational scales. It can be implemented in highly compact portable formats, in mid-size professional environments, or in broader deployment models for more demanding organizational use. The underlying idea remains consistent: private data infrastructure organized around control, structured access, and flexible deployment.

Access and ecosystem

Hansson Vault One is designed to operate within the Hansson access ecosystem, extending beyond the physical unit through official applications and compatible access channels. Depending on deployment, access can include the official app for iPhone, the official app for iPad, the official app for Android, web access, and compatible client access for supported workflows.

Security and operation

Hansson Vault One is designed to align with modern security-oriented access practices. Depending on deployment and configuration, the environment can support controlled-access models and reinforced authentication approaches compatible with higher-security operational requirements, including methods such as multi-factor authentication, passkeys, and compatible hardware security workflows. The objective is not only storage capacity, but controlled and accountable access to private infrastructure.

Optional remote-access architecture

Hansson Vault One can operate as a fully local private environment, or it can be configured for remote access through infrastructure models such as a custom domain, VPS, VPN, secure tunnel, or an equivalent deployment architecture. Remote access is optional and depends on the selected operational model, deployment scope, and configuration.

Who it is for

  • Individuals who want private control over their data environment
  • Professionals who need structured storage and account organization
  • Teams that require shared private storage
  • Organizations that need dedicated data infrastructure
  • Owners who want flexible administration with optional delegation
  • Environments that require portability, controlled access, and scalable deployment

Private infrastructure that adapts to the way you operate

Hansson Vault One is not just storage capacity. It is a private infrastructure model designed to remain organized around owner-directed control while adapting to different sizes, workflows, and levels of operational responsibility. From compact portable hardware to broader professional deployments, Hansson Vault One brings together structure, flexibility, official app access, and optional remote architecture in one coherent system.

Self-managed

The owner directly manages the environment and assumes operational responsibility for oversight, maintenance, monitoring, backup strategy, and physical protection of the system.

Company-managed

The owner may delegate defined operational administration to Hansson under an agreed service scope, while the environment continues to exist for the benefit of the owner and under the logic of private data control.

Clear responsibility model

Ownership and administration are not the same thing. Hansson Vault One is structured so responsibility can remain with the owner or be delegated operationally without turning the environment into a generic third-party cloud service.
